This is probably not the first time you’re hearing about Glee. Fox’s hit show has been around since 2009 and is on its third season. The hit television series is a musical comedy about a group of ambitious performers who sing and compete in competitions for their high school’s glee club. The show also deals with topics that include pregnancy, sexuality, bullying, and relationships. I had never really watched Glee before besides catching parts of a few episodes. This season, however I turned into a regular viewer. It all started when I was hearing really good things about the show. It was everywhere! I would see Glee YouTube performances on my Facebook news feed and they were good! Glee covers an array of music by many different artists and even mixes songs together making ultimate entertainment. The biggest thing that I like about the series is that it’s very creative. By watching any performance you know that a lot of hard work goes into the show. It amazes me how they can create new versions of songs, dances/performances, and a storyline to match it all up! It’s also apparent to me that not everyone gets Glee, but if you give it a chance you’ll see this creative aspect and be very entertained. With music by Michael Jackson, Adele, Van Halen, Kiss, Katy Perry, and many others you’re bound to find a cover that you’ll like. Glee airs on Fox on Tuesdays.
